Requirements:
- Training/qualification in Culinary Arts
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Schedule flexibility and availability to work on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the guidelines and instructions of the Head Chef
- Plate and garnish prepared dishes, ensuring high standards of presentation
- Check and monitor the quality of ingredients and food products
- Inspect and carry out the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with hygiene and workplace safety standards
